Practitioners
When contacting the Secretariat, provide the practitioner’s full name and registration number, if available. Specify whether you are asking about a medical practitioner or dental surgeon.
Health facilities
Provide the facility’s name, location and registration number, if available. The Secretariat can advise on how to confirm its registration status.
For public registration confirmation, contact the Secretariat. Signing in to a licence account is separate from checking someone else’s registration.
Manage your own licence
Practitioners and facility managers can access their account through the Council’s DFMS licence portal.
