Use the Council’s DFMS licence portal at dfms.mdcsierraleone.org. Sign in to your existing account or create an account to get started.
Permanent registration
Download the Council’s registration form and contact the Secretariat to confirm the current submission process and applicable fees.
- Complete the form with your personal, education, registration and employment details.
- Prepare the supporting documents listed in the form.
- Contact the Secretariat about submission and interview arrangements.
Supporting documents
The registration form lists three recent passport photographs, three certified copies of certificates and three copies of your curriculum vitae. It asks applicants to present original documents at interview rather than enclose them with the application.
Annual licence renewal
For renewal guidance, contact the Council with your name and registration number. The Secretariat can confirm the current requirements, fees and available payment channels.
